· Business Strategy - Whether it be the formulation, implementation or review of a strategy we can help to ensure that your business strategy is relevant, understood and achievable.
· Organisation Structure - We strongly believe that the success of an organisation has far more to do with the quality of their people than the structure that they work in. Having said that, a clearly defined and understood organisation structure can certainly help. We have extensive experience of reviewing organisation structures in order to ensure that they are capable of delivering the organisation’s strategy. We understand the difference between a theoretical and practical structure and will not try and place ‘square pegs into round holes’. As such we can also undertake a skills audit in order to evaluate individual strengths and weaknesses and put forward a Development Programme to address any highlighted issues.
· Research - We would not pretend to be a specialist research company but we have carried out some successful research projects for several of our clients. The type of research we undertake is qualitative rather than quantitative research. We conduct in-depth interviews and analysis with either your customers, your staff or your dealers. We know what type of questions to ask and how to ask them in order to get below the surface and gain an insight that may not be revealed by a less inquisitive research programme.
· "The Sales Experience" - We believe that the sales experience for a customer is often a product of the salesperson rather than the company. This can cause all sorts of problems especially when sales people leave or move within the organisation. We break down the sales process in order to produce a more consistent approach but without removing some scope for individuality.
· Key Account Management - So much has been written and said about key account management that we do not intend to add to the debate here. Suffice to say that any company involved in B2B sales needs to devise, implement and control their KAM strategy. We can provide valuable insight and assistance at all stages of the process.
· Sales Training – We do not provide ‘off-the-shelf’ sales training but we have developed bespoke programmes designed for both an individual sales person as well as for an entire dealer network. We try and bring some science to the art of selling but we do not adopt a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Consequently, it is difficult to describe the type of training we can provide in a few simple sentences. We would prefer to meet up discuss your requirements in more detail to see whether we might be able to help.
· Customer Care – We believe that the key component in a customer care programme is communication – two-way communication – we need to listen as well as speak. How well do you communicate with your customers? Are you hearing what your customers are saying? Are you utilising all of the available channels effectively? Customer communications are a key component in the delivery of commercial success and the messages are sometimes blurred, confusing or not even heard. We can review your customer communications as a stand-alone project or as part of a wider commercial audit.
