Introduction

We are dedicated to delivering exactly as our name suggests – good, practical and common-sense solutions to many of the issues facing organisations today.

• We do not pretend to have some magical solution that will transform your activities overnight.
• We are not slaves to the latest management theories.
• We do not find problems when there are none.

 

What we do have is the experience, knowledge and resource to help identify problems, construct solutions and implement action plans that bring positive results.

How we work

• We will ask questions - lots of them - but we also listen to the answers because we want to understand you and your people - as well as your issues.
• We will constructively challenge the ‘status quo’ and act as a catalyst for change.
• We seek consensus rather than conflict - but that does not mean we will avoid speaking our mind, or stay away from difficult issues.
• We will not seek confrontation or controversy - but our recommendations may be radical.

The process of finding answers can be invigorating but also challenging. It takes a mature organisation and confident individuals to expose themselves to this process. So we fully respect the people we work with and we also try and make sure we have some fun in amongst all the serious business of finding answers!
